'What's up with Kim's face?'
She's stayed out of view for weeks since giving birth to son Saint early last month.
But Kim Kardashian made a return to the spotlight in an unexpectedly low key fashion with an appearance on sister Kourtney's Instagram feed on Sunday.
The image sparked a huge response from fans - but it wasn't her svelte post-baby body that they were surprised by.
Instead
fans speculated about the reality star's face, with many suggesting
that she had used her time out of the spotlight to have some work done.
'What's up with Kim's face?' wrote one commentator, while others remarked that she looked almost unrecognizable.

"It struck a drainage pipe and concrete casing causing the vehicle to roll over multiple times," the report read. "The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side, and became engulfed in flames with Mr. Kyle trapped inside his vehicle."That's when two men "ran to the burning, overturned truck in an attempt to free the driver," according to the report.
"One of the witnesses retrieved a rescue tool from his vehicle allowing the two citizens to break the window, cut the seat belt, and extricate the driver," the report stated.

Lassa fever claims 63 lives, spread to 17 states – Minister of Health says
He said there is high level of denial and conspiracy across some states and appealed to health managers to stop the trend of being silent and deceiving their state government. He described the denial of Ebonyi to report five suspected cases and one death as conspiracy of denial.
Adewole added that intensive efforts are being made to stop the spread of the deadly virus. He announced that six of the most affected states will have Lassa fever diagnostic centres. They are Niger, Nasarawa, Taraba, Plateau, Bauchi and Ondo states.
This is in addition to the six existing Lassa fever treatment centres namely Irrua, Edo; University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri, Borno; Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Kano, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), University College Hospital Ibadan, and the National Centre for Disease Control, Asokoro, Abuja.
