She recently revealed a whopping 30 lbs weight loss after giving birth to her second child in December.

And Kim Kardashian put her slimmed down figure on display in an eye-popping sheer top, which left nothing to the imagination, as she arrived at an event ahead of New York Fashion Week on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old reality star, who has shied away from the limelight in recent months since giving birth to first son  Saint West, wrapped up in a black and white fur coat reminiscent of the one worn by Disney villain Cruella de Vil.
